White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt insisted Tuesday that "all options are connected the array for each country" erstwhile it comes to making deals implicit the latest U.S. tariffs, but warned to those who retaliate that President Donald Trump "has a spine of alloy and helium volition not break."
