Between June 2022 and October 2024, the surf retailer has been accused of selling 70 merchandise lines which did not comply with Australia's fastener artillery standards.
Fewstone Pty Ltd, trading arsenic City Beach, besides supplied 57,358 idiosyncratic non-compliant fastener artillery products, alleges the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
