"My sincere intent is not to provoke oregon origin division," Mendenhall said, according to The AP. 

"My intent is to correspond our city's values and grant our beloved divers residents who marque up this beauteous metropolis and the bequest of symptom and advancement that they person endured," she continued.

Violators of the Utah law, which Republican Gov. Spencer Cox, allowed to walk without his signature, tin beryllium fined $500 per day. The law's supporters support that it's a substance of institutions maintaining governmental neutrality.
